This format is region-dependent and has no timezone.

## Recommendations

- 01 Use ISO 8601 Format Include a timezone or UTC marker so consumers interpret the same instant.
- 02 Use It for Real Expiry Add this property only when the article has a known expiry. Most evergreen articles do not need it.
